Bahria Town Karachi held its long awaited balloting on 10th May 2018. All eligible owners (installments and dues cleared) were included in the balloting. This is a big move by BTK especially after the Supreme Court’s decision against it, restricting it from starting new projects or blocks. However the general public was waiting for this for a long time and Bahria Town Karachi came through with it’s promise.
To receive your ballot result, you will have to visit any of Bahria Town offices (Karachi, Rawalpindi, Lahore) with your original ID card and proceed to Operations department.
If you cannot make it to any of the offices, please authorize someone to collect it on your behalf, with these documents:
- Id card copy of the original owner. (Attested)
- Original Id card and copy of the person collecting the document on behalf of the owner.
- Stamp paper (Rs. 100) on which owner has endorsed authorization to collect on his behalf. (Specimen of authority letter attached)
You can not check the results online or over the phone.
